At "That One Place," we believe that everyone has a story—a reason that led them to the cannabis industry, and for us, it’s deeply personal. Our journey began with a shared desire to make a real difference in the lives of those seeking alternative, natural ways to manage pain, heal, and find balance.
For one of our founders, the path to cannabis started with military service. After suffering injuries that left lingering pain and discomfort, traditional methods of treatment weren’t enough. Prescription medications came with side effects that clouded the mind, but relief was elusive. That’s when the world of cannabis opened up—a plant with the potential to soothe, without the mental fog. This personal experience with relief led to a passion for helping others find the same benefits.
Our other founder’s journey is tied to her daughter’s struggle with chronic pain. Watching her child endure discomfort daily was heartbreaking, especially when conventional treatments failed to bring the relief she needed. Discovering cannabis as a tool for managing her daughter’s pain was a revelation. The plant offered her daughter freedom from pain without the harshness of pharmaceuticals, giving them both hope and a reason to believe in the power of natural medicine.
Together, we built "That One Place" with the vision of providing safe, reliable access to cannabis, helping people find their own paths to healing. We understand the personal stories that bring people through our doors, whether it’s for pain management, anxiety, or simply a better quality of life. For us, it’s more than just a business—it’s about changing lives, just like cannabis changed ours.

Marijuana smoke contains various cannabinoids, most notably THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol), which interact with the body's endocannabinoid system to provide therapeutic effects.
Flower
This method of consumption is popular because it produces a clean, smooth vapor with minimal odor compared to smoking. The effects of using a marijuana vape cart are typically fast-acting, providing relief for medical users seeking to manage symptoms such as pain, anxiety, or nausea.
Cartridge
Marijuana concentrate is a highly potent form of cannabis created by extracting cannabinoids, primarily THC or CBD, from the plant. The extraction process removes excess plant material, resulting in a concentrated substance that can range in texture and appearance, from sticky oils and waxes to solid, brittle shards (shatter) or smooth, creamy forms (budder).
Concentrates
THC edibles are food and drink products infused with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive compound found in cannabis. These edibles come in many forms, such as gummies, chocolates, cookies, brownies, beverages, and more. Unlike smoking or vaping, consuming THC through edibles leads to a delayed onset of effects, typically taking between 30 minutes to two hours to feel, but the effects last longer—often up to six hours or more.
Edibles
Infused pre-rolls are cannabis joints that have been enhanced with additional cannabis concentrates, such as kief, hash, wax, or oils, to increase their potency. These pre-rolls combine ground cannabis flower with a concentrate to deliver a more intense and longer-lasting experience compared to traditional joints.
